Guarantee
Sensational Shepherds guarantees this pet puppy to be healthy. If a veterinarian finds that this puppy is in unsatisfactory condition within 7 days of the above date, a full refund will be given. Sensational Shepherds requires a certified copy of the veterinarian's diagnosis stating the condition. An unsatisfactory condition shall for the purposes of this contract are defined as any congenital or hereditary condition that would severely affect the health or well being of the dog. We do not guarantee the behavior or temperament of the dog. However, if the unsatisfactory condition develops after 7 days of the sale to one year from the above sale date, a replacement puppy will be provided as it becomes available. No cash refund will be given after 7 days of the sale. . The cost of all medical testing, treatment, x-rays, drugs, surgery and other treatments or diagnostic tests will be the sole responsibility of the owner (Purchaser) not Sensational Shepherds. Except as stated in this contract, this dog is sold as is. There are no other warranties expressed or applied. All sales are final, No Returns. This guarantee is non-transferable and becomes null and void upon sale or transfer of the animal. This guarantee becomes null and void if the animal is euthanized without the prior approval of Sensational Shepherds. Right of first refusal, and or prior approval must be granted by Sensational Shepherds, prior to the transfer of ownership of this dog.
Hip Guarantee
Further Sensational Shepherds guarantees that if any crippling genetic hip dysplasia develops for one year after the date of sale, the dog will be replaced as above. If a genetic dysplasia develops, Sensational Shepherds requires certified copies of x-rays and certified copies of the OFA certificate stating the dog has failed the test. OFA is the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals. If you are not planning on breeding or showing this dog, We strongly suggest that the dog be spayed/neutered before one year of age.
